Why?
Said to be good for the following reasons:
- Whiten teeth
- Pull out bacteria and toxins from the gums
- Reduces plaque and inflammation in the gums.
- Migraines and headaches
How?
- Right in the morning on an empty stomach.
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil (melts in your mouth into oil), sesame oil or olive oil
- Rinse your mouth for 15–20 minutes
- Why not do toe raises while you rinse.
- Spit out the oil when you're done into a trash can so the drain doesn't get clogged.
- Rinse your mouth thoroughly with warm water. If you want to enhance the rinsing process, rinse with salt water.
- Then brush your teeth.
