🌼 Start by softening them with a relaxing foot bath for 10 minutes. Add some Body Shower Rosemary and 1 dl Lavender Salt, which gives a nice feeling to tired feet. The skin softens and the toenails become easier to cut.
🌼 Then peel your feet with circulation-boosting Spa Cool Scrub, which exfoliates away dead skin cells, makes your feet smooth, and helps foot creams penetrate better.
🌼 Wash off the peeling and dry your feet with a towel. Then file away any hard skin on your heels while the skin is still slightly damp. Feel free to use a pumice stone, which is a little gentler on your feet than a metal file.
🌼 Then apply nourishing Blueberry Balm or cooling Foot Cream with Tea Tree & Peppermint to your feet. Massage from the bottom up to stimulate blood circulation in the right direction.
🌼 Cut and paint your toenails – and off you go!
