Different forms of meditation:
Mindfulness. This means focusing on what is happening in the present moment. Paying attention to your breath and your senses moment by moment. You should note and observe your thoughts without placing any values on them.
Vipassana. Originating from Buddha in India, it is one of the oldest forms of meditation. Vipassana can be described as a purification process that lasts for 10 days. It focuses on the interaction between body and mind and on releasing tension.
Kundalini Shaking Meditation. In this meditation you should move, shake and dance. The aim is for you to let go and ease tension and mental blocks. If you have difficulty sitting still and focusing in a more traditional meditation after a tough day at work, this form may be something to try!
