Homemade oatmeal mask
In times of inflation, we would like to recommend a homemade oat mask. Oats are rich in vitamins, fiber and minerals that can be used both internally and externally. A mask with oats can both soothe and cleanse oily skin and provide moisture and nourishment to dry skin.
 
Which one suits you?
 
Normal skin:
Start by cleansing your face thoroughly. Mix a little water with 1 dl of oatmeal. Add 1 teaspoon of honey and a couple of tablespoons of natural yogurt to the oat mixture. Apply and let dry for about 10–15 minutes.
 
Oily and impure skin:
Cleanse your face well and then mix a little water with 1 dl of oatmeal. Apply to your face and let dry for about 10–15 minutes. Oatmeal contains zinc which has exfoliating and astringent properties that help to cleanse pores and remove impurities to prevent the appearance of pimples and blackheads.
 
Dry skin:
Clean your face with a mild facial cleanser. Mix a little water with 1 dl of oatmeal. Mix in 1 tbsp of honey and 1/2 ripe banana into the mixed oatmeal. Apply and let dry for about 10–15 minutes. Bananas are considered to have a helpful effect against acne scars and psoriasis.
