Brighten your day off with a long brunch with a perfect easy-to-make bread for those who don't eat or can't eat wheat flour for various reasons.
7 dl organic oatmeal (mixed into flour)
1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Blend the oatmeal into a fine flour in a blender.
2. Beat the eggs until fluffy with an electric whisk in a spacious bowl.
3. Mix all ingredients together to form a sticky dough.
4. Pour the dough into an oblong baking dish, about 1 ½ liters, lined with baking paper. Sprinkle with a little oatmeal.
5. Bake at the bottom of the oven for about 55 minutes. Remove the paper and bread from the pan and let it cool.
